Interior Renovations The old wood panels were removed and wall insulation with vapour barrier was installed. Installation of new pine tongue and groove boards and new dry-wall. The boards were finished with a clear varnish.       Wooden Floor Restoration Removal of carpeting, underlay, 2 layers of linoleum and sub-floor. Sanding original Fir floor boards, filling cracks and nail holes. Re-finishing the floor with three coats of Poly-Urethane floor spar varnish.
